It is involved in the translocation of actin-cofilin complex from cytoplasm to nucleus (1). Recommended Applications WB, ICC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 ICC: 1:50 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis.
